I've purchased a DIYKL kit but it looks difficult to make! Can you make it for me?
Unfortunately, we do not have the resources to complete DIYKL kits for our customers. It really is not difficult, actually! We have made our DIY tutorials as simple and easy to follow. Do read all our DIYKL tutorials here and bear in mind that you do not have to follow the exact design. Customize, personalize, have fun and do it YOUR way!
Can you help us customise DIY kits?
At this point in time, we only offer DIY kits as displayed on our website. However if you have any unique ideas do feel free to let us know, and we may put them up for sale!
Why isn't there a DIY tutorial attached to my order?
To be environmentally-friendly, we do not print the DIY tutorials onto paper to be shipped with your orders. Instead, our DIY tutorials are all available online here. You're helping us save the trees!
Help! Superglue has stuck my fingers together!
Don't panic! Never attempt to pry your fingers apart as your skin may tear. To dissolve the superglue, pour some oil (cooking or cleansing oil) or nailpolish remover onto a piece of cotton, and slowly dab it around your fingers. This may take 10-15 minutes. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately after.
How do I prevent superglue from dripping onto my fingers?
Before working with superglue, always have old newspapers on your table. Have your item (the one you're applying superglue onto) be parallel with your table or tilted downwards. By the laws of gravity, the superglue will fall/drip onto the table instead of your fingers.
The old newspapers are there to catch any drips and spills. You may also dab off excess, drippy superglue onto the old newspapers before proceeding with the next step of your DIY.
What is your returns policy?
You can read our returns policy here.
